Visionary Dee Kyne is an award winning serial social entrepreneur who has worked throughout the world in a number of sectors at leadership levels, including but not exclusively, Health the Environment and the Arts. Dee works internationally with innovative leaders of world-class organisations to realise and scale their visions for change. Dee has held 5 CEO-ships and founded one movement and three organisations.

Dee became Earth Rights Walker three years ago and walked 4500miles to support a Law to End Ecocide the fifth law against peace to be enshrined at the UN in the Rome Statute.

In Jamaica Dee advised and created the future strategy for the Small Business Association. She instigated a piece of research using the ‘Discovery framework’ methodology to ‘Uncover the Authentic Story of the Jamaican people right now. This research was shared across all development and governmental agencies. Dee founded “The One Love One Step Walk”  and 14 local Jamaican people were enabled to discover and discuss their own country on their own terms.

Her focus at present is to use her considerable experience and matrix of connections to work with and walk beside other earth rights walkers, social entrepreneurs, and change makers in the regenerative economies of the future for this world today.  Dee works with her feet on the ground in connection with nature in love with the world.

  • Founder Earthrightswalker movement –
  • Co-Founder and visionary behind Pathfinder Health India, an enterprise that introduced first primary care clinics in India. Capitalised and delivered investment ready company. Facilitated the Indian government to invest 2 billion dollars into primary health care.
  • Leading the structuring, financing and implementation of the first 12 micro social businesses in the UK.
  • Co-produced Service Redesign in primary health care in collaboration with Aetna UK, using the population health management approach – a national first. Rolled out to a 5 million population.
  • Implemented co created- Experience Led Design methodology in collaboration with Oxford University and UCL. -Leading to significant changes in End of Life care UK.
  • Advised the WHO on implementation of mental health Service Redesign pan Europe.
  • Founded the ‘In-Group’ a national sector cutting ‘Innovators Network’ developing product, people and ideas to investment an edgy and challenging Think to Do Tank.
  • Developed Person Centred planning tools to achieve participation, democratisation and ownership of major national change program
